up to \u00a35,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It stipulates that dogs and other animals should be \u201csuitably restrained so they cannot distract you while you are driving or injure you, or themselves, if you stop quickly\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Animals can be put in a cage or carrier, or wear a dog guard or a belt harness, so they are properly secured in the moving vehicle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, once they are home safely, you can then give them a great big cuddle, relieved in the knowledge that they are safe and you have not broken any laws trying to get them home in one piece.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pets that are not microchipped will have a
